“I want to see India first”

Travel plan: Mostly I don’t plan, I like to do things spontaneously. My brother and I are more into road trips which are mostly impromptu.
Travel style: As I said I like long drives so for me what works is road travel where you get to explore the journey, local food and local people. Basically everything I encounter enroute my travel matters more to me.

Food while travelling: Wherever I go I like to explore local delicacies.
Must-pack items: There is nothing I can say is not a must. Sometimes I carry my teapot since many times you don’t even have kettles in the hotel room.

Travel lesson you’ve learnt: Be your own guide.

Funniest or scariest travel moment : Once, I was driving back with my family to Mumbai from our hometown when we lost our way and came on the main highway instead. It was only when our parents in the backseat woke up from their sleep and freaked out did we realise we were headed the wrong way. It was a funny yet scary adventure.

Travel gear: Comfy, comfy, comfy clothes.
Travel goals: I want to explore the mountains and see the serene Ganges up close. I basically want to explore my country first.

Best weekend getaway, family holiday or with with friends: Every year Goa is on the list
