See, for instance, a circa-1927 Boulevardier made with bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth. Gutsy small plates/bar snacks include pig's-head banh mi, fried oysters, nuts dusted with ancho chile and cinnamon, and a cheese plate with grilled figs. It all comes from the excellent kitchen of Brad Farmerie's adjacent restaurant, Public.
