Northeast India’s extraordinary biodiversity encompasses lush forests, verdant hills, and rivers. The region is ecologically diverse and for wildlife enthusiasts, this means a lot of opportunities to explore the region’s wildlife, many of which are unique to the region. There are iconic wildlife parks that are not only places with several species of flora and fauna, but are also conservation success stories.
A number of these national parks and wildlife sanctuaries contribute to the nation's biological wealth. Here are some of the notable wildlife parks in Northeast India you must add to your wildlife wishlist in 2024.
