Moscow—home to some great monarchs, legendary poets and prominent architects—is amongst the most beautiful, colourful and architecturally splendid cities in the world. This capital city of Russia has been attracting visitors with its rich history, natural beauty and architectural masterpieces for a long time now. From the theatre-land Kamergersky Pereulok and Kuznetsky Most, and historical precinct Kitay Gorod, to the artists’ hub Stary Arbat and former-merchant’s village Zamoskvorechye; the city has a lot to see. When in Moscow, you need not worry about travelling around as the underground metro trains here are quite efficient. You can also choose between buses and trams; however given the city’s dreadful traffic, it’s advisable to avoid these.
