If you pictured this playground looking like a tree house, you would be exactly right. The theme stays consistent throughout, featuring a green and brown play structure along with a recycled tire flooring that is green, brown and blue. Instead of stairs you have rocks and tree logs and the walls are made to look like tree house windows, they really have done an excellent job on this playground. Located in New Brighton at 2000 Brightoncrest GRN, this playground caters to kids under the age of 8, offering toddler-friendly climbing walls and slide, two regular swings and two baby swings. There are two different climbers here, one for preschoolers and one for older kids, although the larger one isn’t overly daunting for the adventurous three-year-old. Twisty slides, rocks to jump across, wooden bridges, rockers, spinning saucers and more make this one awesome playground. Did we mention the scavenger hunt game that leads kids all around the playground? Luckily for parents, there are a few picnic tables to sit at and enjoy lunch. It is smack dabbed in the middle of a residential area so don’t expect too much shade other than what the climbing structures provide.
