La Fabrica del Taco may look like one colourful and crazy fiesta-frenzy, but it is in fact a taco joint. As porteños fall out of the bars and clubs of Palermo they head here to soak up the booze with burritos, but don’t be surprised if you find people getting up to dance around the wobbly tables as they chow down their tacos.

Argentines aren't big on spiciness, so there aren't great Mexican options in Buenos Aires. Here it's more about the atmosphere than the food. Order yourself a Margarita and go hang out on the smoking patio. You'll want to stick around long after you've finished.
