Tipple of choice: Try the homemade ginger lemonade, or dip into their organic wine list.

Vegetarians may have a hard time in this city seeing as most of the population seem to be dedicated carnivores. Bio however, is a long-standing vegetarian haven serving Mediterranean influenced organic fare - it was the first organic restaurant in the city - and all the ingredients are produced in Argentina. The interiors are a fresh spring green, and there are a few pavement tables in the summer. There is also a small shop for picking up snacks, and they offer organic cooking classes.
