Brussels: Drunk tourist climbs and breaks historic statue, causing $19,000 damage!

Reports add that the restoration of the statue will cost around €17,600, which is just under $19,000, and that the project manager of the renovated Stock Exchange building wants the tourist to pay for the damages.
