Cafes are the poorer cousins when it comes to eating joints in Bangkok. With possibly the largest collection of street food vendors in any city of the world, it’s a different sort of clientele that heads for cafes. But that’s not to say there aren’t world-class cafes in Bangkok. And even though you may enter them simply to escape the tropical heat you might be surprised by the quality and variety of the goodies on offer.
