This is one of the best places for honest-to-God Italian food that is authentic to its roots. Toscano gets close to a perfect score for it's delicious, beautifully plated dishes, quick and courteous service, and unimaginably reasonable prices without compromising on either quality or quantity. Given the city's year-round good weather, take a table outdoors and stick with the set menu which accommodates a generous three-course meal. The beef carpaccio and pan-crusted salmon are delectable, and the pizzas are a good option too.
