Hidden away in the green hills of Ubud, you can find Genta Fine Art Gallery, a haven of self-expression and artistic thinking. The grounds themselves are as beautiful as the works exhibited in the gallery; rice fields and palm trees, flowers and fresh air all relax you and clear your mind. The folks at Genta Gallery believe that art has a special, important role to play in society; it can inspire, motivate, inform and guide a person and this is what they aim for in their exhibitions. The gallery was founded by Nyoman Rudana, who also established the Rudana Fine Art Gallery, Genta's sister gallery. He has won awards for his contribution to society and his work has helped to promote the Indonesian arts locally, as well as further afield.
