Did you notice the unique dressing styles and designs of the Malaysian people when you landed in Malaysia? Like elsewhere, there’s a history and tradition to it. While in Kuala Lumpur, use your time to know what’s what and what each ethnicity prefers to wear. When clothes and accessories (including precious and non-precious jewellery) are the focus inside a museum, rest assured its souvenir shop would certainly entice you. If you are spoilt by choice, head to the museum’s cafeteria to decide what to buy. But remember, first things first.
Tips: This museum is across the street from Merdeka Square, a spot that features on the Hop-on-Hop-off bus tour. The admission to the museum is free of cost and it is open between 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM daily, except on the first days of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Plan an hour to explore this site.
