Bergen’s tourist information centre has been set up inside a multi-coloured glass and spacious building, very close to Torget Fish Market. The structure in itself is very catchy and unique. If you are clueless about your travel plans in Norway, then I recommend a visit to the centre. You can get free advice from the staff and also grab a few guidebooks about various places, activities and government authorised tours. Some of these books/brochures are completely free to pick. If you wish, you can also book your excursions through the Tourist Information Centre without any additional costs. The staff is well-informed and super friendly. Please note that you need to generate a serial number token from the screen terminals installed there to be able to speak to the staff. There is a counter below the information centre where you can also exchange your currency.
