The choices include apartments with their own kitchens and bathrooms, ceiling fans and maid service as well as single and double rooms that feature bathrooms and communal kitchens as well as maid services. An important thing to note here is the check in hours; you will have to check in from 7 am to 1 pm, and from 2 pm to 8 pm. If you are later than that, you will have to arrange that ahead of time. There is no restaurant on-site but there are a plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as shopping options nearby.
