Quince is another highly regarded restaurant with a few Michelin Stars under its belt. It was listed in the 101 Top Restaurants in America for 2015 and it does not disappoint. The seasonal menu includes a wide range of fresh produce crafted into small tasting plates. If you are celebrating a special occasion, the kitchen will even go as far as tailoring dishes to your event!

The standard menu in the restaurant is far from “standard” as one could possible get. Dishes include items such as blossom of squash with lobster, fino verde basil and a splash of valencia orange ($26) or duck with beet broccoli and allium. For those seafood lovers among us, there are also plenty of options to satisfy your palate like tagliolini with squid and melon ($28) or haricot with anchovies and radish.

Aside from the main dining area, Quince also has a salon and private dining areas. The salon provides a quiet secluded space for functions or a special meal. The salon menu focuses around champagne and caviar from around the globe. Guests are guided by experts through the rotating menu of caviar, oysters and a la carte meals.

The private dining room can have a similar menu from the salon of dining hall or a special menu on request.
