Canada Olympic Park was the venue for ski jump, luge and bobsleigh during the 1988 Olympics that took place in Calgary. Today it has been transformed into a venue where visitors can enjoy an abundance of both summer and winter activities. Imagine being able to slide down the same bobsleigh track that Olympic athletes did, or try your hand at the ultra speedy sport of luge. You can also partake in interesting activities such as public skating, cross country skiing, downhill skiing and snowboarding. Summer activities include mountain biking, zip lining, mini golf and more. You can spend an entire day here—exploring the mountains, indulging in many different activities, grabbing a bite and even checking out the Performance Training Centre where major athletes come to train.
