A lovely and refreshing amusement and water park, GRS Fantasy Park was just on the outskirts of the city on KRS Road when it started, but with Mysore’s sprawl, it is now almost part of the city. Spread over 34 acres, the park is bound to enthral children and adults alike, and some of the rides are bound to give an adrenaline rush. There are plenty of wet and dry rides, though little children will find the wave pool and lazy river quite fun and the adults will find it soothing on a hot summer day. Other attractions include the Red India Falls which is a vigorous waterfall, the Dragon’s Den, Pendulum Slide and Telecombat. There’s also a raindance floor and fascinating 5D virtual tour.
