Hebbal lake is a birder’s paradise. Located well within city limits now, near the Hebbal flyover, Hebbal lake can also get you some brilliant sunrise photos if the weather is right. Unfortunately, only a small portion of the lake is open to public. Rest of it closed due to multiple administrative reasons. This small area has a small open area ideal for playing and lots of trees housing interesting birds. Birth watchers often throng to Hebbal lake. You will get a much better view of the lake from top of the Hebbal flyover as well.
