Fabulous French cuisine on the waterfront
Richly decorated with tapestries and sculptures, this grand, Michelin-starred restaurant serves classic French fare that has been given a big contemporary kick by Chef Dominique Gauthier, Cook of the Year, 2009.
Set in the luxury Beau-Rivage hotel, the gourmet restaurant takes advantage of the hotel's impressive wine cellars and serves locally-sourced produce. Typical starters include sautéed duck foie gras, zucchini flowers stuffed with vegetables and Carpaccio of lobster. Other mouthwatering menu favorites include roasted red mullet and fillet of farm rabbit roasted with thyme.
