Order a fresh slice dripping in mozzarella and eat it how the locals do – standing elbow-to-elbow at the bar with a glass of vino tinto, or peruse the extended menu in the seated area. You’ll see other pizzaholics sandwiching each slice with a portion of fania (a chickpea-based pizza). Once you try it, it makes perfect sense.
