Organic ingredients rule in this homey vegetarian restaurant
As one of few fully vegetarian restaurants in Brussels, Dolma is hugely popular with locals. With wood panelling, low lighting, and Tibetan rugs on the walls, the place feels homey and cosy, a great match for the filling home-style food.
There is no a la carte but a daily-changing seasonal buffet offering a range of salads, soups and mains such as spinach and feta tart, dauphinoise celeriac with truffle oil, and brie and parsley puff pastry pie, along with a number of sides and a dessert of the day. And with such a top-quality and varied menu, carnivores won't be disappointed either.
