Prague’s best jazz club
Jazz has a long history in Prague. In the early 20th century, Prague’s Jaroslav Ježek was one of the world’s premier jazz conductors and the city soon became jazz capital of the Soviet Union. Today, it’s still home to probably the finest jazz clubs in Eastern Europe.
Open since the 1950s, Reduta has played host to many famous performers, including a turn on the sax by Bill Clinton on a state visit in 1994. It continues to host top-quality live jazz, as well as puppet theatre and Black Light Theatre.
