A taste of France in the heart of Fremantle

Owned and operated by French couple Helene and Thierry, the wine list at Whisper features a considered mix of French and Western Australian wines - and wine buff Thierry is always on hand to offer suggestions. The bar also has a small snack menu designed to match the grog, such as fresh baguettes, French cheeses and an antipasti selection.

The entire bar feels wonderfully French, with blackboards, an open cellar, cozy seating and a romantic balcony on the first floor that offers great views. On a sunny day, the pavement seating is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon with a glass of chilled white.
