A unique vintage experience
Talk of the town: In 2010, Norway's bestselling newspaper chose Fuglen as the backdrop for a photoshoot with Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg.
Fuglen has been serving expertly brewed coffee since 1963, but it's much more than a café. Describing itself as "lost in time", every detail of Fuglen's interior is authentically 1960s. And what's more, it's all for sale – the chairs, lamps, tables and ornaments. The unique atmosphere is unsurprisingly popular with a style-conscious clientele. In the evenings Fuglen transforms into a speakeasy-style cocktail bar, with Norwegian craft beers and vintage wines on offer.
