Located in central Zagreb, the Museum of Illusions is a recent addition to Zagreb museums. Opened in 2015, it is a rather small but a fun place to visit. There are around 70 exhibits spread across two rooms. The installations at the museum are designed to create optical illusions. There are exhibits which defy gravity; where the water runs uphill and there are visual tricks that present macabre reality of serving someone’s head on a tray.
