Sonia Nazareth is back from her second masters in Anthropology of Media from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London. Now she can be found brandishing pen and camera on various travel, literary, art and research assignments across the world.

It is located on the site of the world’s oldest surviving passenger station. Five listed buildings are home to galleries that showcase the scientific and social achievements of the area. Demonstrations of original mill engines and textile machinery brought to life by historical-costumed characters mark the beginning of this adventure. The exhibits are interactive, the displays anything but static and most travellers end up having to be pulled away. That’s how a day out turns out to be in a viewer-focused museum that works well even with the whole family.
