As the name suggests Planeta Bar in Lima has a bit of a celestial theme running across the board. The terrace bar offers some great views of downtown Lima and is a hot venue for live music acts and mini-concerts. The vibe at Planeta Bar is quite relaxed and laidback. The menu is quite extensive and there is a range of drinks, appetisers, and dishes on the menu. So it attracts a slightly mature audience and with good reason—music from the eighties is very popular at Planeta Bar Lima. Live acts play along and belt out hits from the eighties every evening. The audience is famous for singing along while having a good time. There is a distinct lack of youngsters but that doesn’t compromise the ambience in any way—Planeta Bar continues to be regarded as one of the hottest nightlife venues in Lima.
