Indigo Bar in Cusco seems to have perfected the recipe for a great night out with friends. The various elements of the bar might seem random at first but they all come together to ensure a grand evening out. The overarching circus theme is evident in the quirky swings and the cosy sitting arrangement. The ambience at Indigo Bar is distinctly laidback. Staff at Indigo Bar is known for being super friendly and they have an uncanny ability to instantly put guests at ease. Indigo Bar isn’t just for drinkers. It also serves a variety of hot beverages including coffee and different flavours of hookah. It is also one of the few places in Cusco that serve Thai Food. They rustle up some great Thai curries and pad-thai, while it isn’t very authentic, the flavours are quite good, considering it is located in the heart of Peru. Indigo Bar is perfect for a low-key night out that doesn’t involve extremely loud music or dancing.
