For a cheap and cheerful stay, the newly opened Easy Hotel, a budget chain, is the obvious choice. What the rooms’ compromise in size, they make up for, with their comfort and cleanliness. Just a stone’s throw away from the cafes and dining scene of the ever-buzzing Northern Quarter, and a 3 min walk from the Manchester Piccadilly station, it’s very conveniently located. With several art-galleries and city-sights close at hand, you don’t miss the fact that your room doesn’t have television. There is Wi-Fi however and the building with its red-brick walls, from the 1800’s, is distinctive. This no-frills stay ticks all the basic boxes.
