If you relish a spicy curry and you’re missing Indian fare, and you want to try some local Nepalese, this one is worth venturing down to Botanic Avenue for. The 70s style interior meets modest décor—is the ambience you get. There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu, from paneer pakoras (cottage-cheese deep-fried in a light batter) to momos (steamed veggie-filled dumplings) to Navratana Korma (mixed vegetables and fruit cooked with yoghurt and cashew sauce). For the lover of hearty non-veg, there are several Indian and Nepalese curry and tandoori options and platters on the menu.
