Located on the island of Taveuni, this heritage park actually covers over 80% of the island and is a natural playground for those looking to explore nature. Some of the highlights of this park are the three beautiful waterfalls, complete with swimming pools at each. The walk to the first waterfall is no more than 15 min and can easily be done with kids. It is well worth it to hike to the second and third waterfall as well though. More things to do include heading to the marine park in Waitbu, hiking to ancient ruins in the hills and kayaking along the coast. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for elusive wildlife such as purple crabs in and around the waters.
