An “accidental find” along Beach Road, this place is so small that it is easy to completely miss. Named after the view from the restaurant, where you can sight and watch the activity on the beach and the bay, and not the classic American TV show, the Baywatch Cafe might just have the best prices on all of Beach Road. They are especially busy in the morning hours, when patrons come to enjoy Baywatch’s well-known continental breakfast, a staple of this section of beach for many years now.

The rest of the day Baywatch’s cuisine is limited to a wide selection of Thai food and several basic American dishes as well. Although the prices are cheap and the food is good, the most spectacular thing here is the view.

Recommended dish: Too late for breakfast—get the Tom Yum soup if you like it spicy, ask for it “phet.”
