This restaurant is located at Costa Rei, and is about one hour drive away from Cagliari, in a beautiful summer retreat. It is one of the few restaurants in Sardinia that has a Michelin Star. Its specialties are seafood and fish dishes, although it also serves some other regional and national staples. Some of the best dishes include the linguine pasta with astice (similar to lobster) and tomato sauce; mussels cooked in a marinara sauce; risotto alla marinara, cooked in a tomato based sauce with mixed seafood; and sea bream with a potatoes crust, oven cooked. There is a wide selection of the best Sardinian wines. Service is spot on, the staff is kind, welcoming and very professional. It is quite expensive, but worth every penny.
