We suggest going to MBK for yours, since the gigantic mall provides a wealth of entertainment to complement your treatment. Siam Fish Spa also comes recommended. As for whether or not fish spas are safe, the verdict is technically still out. The main problem occurs when spas don’t change the tank water often enough, which can lead to infection. Still, I’ve never known anyone personally who’s had a bad experience. If you want to try something out-of-ordinary, Bangkok’s a great place to dip your feet into different waters.
