Located in Marine Hill in Port Blair, Mandalay offers a sensational bay view from its rooftop deck. The restaurant is part of ITC’s Fortune Resort Bay Island. Besides lip-smacking seafood in Andamanese and Nicobari styles, Mandalay is famous for its versions of fish Amritsari, macher jhol and Goan fish curry which are adapted from the recipes of the migrant population. The restaurant is highly recommended for a relaxed lunch too, as along with a great meal one can enjoy amazing views of the surrounding azure water. Even if you are looking for a romantic evening, there is no better option!
