Bangkok Forensic Museum is also known as the Siriraj Medical Museum since it’s housed in the Forensic Medical Building of Siriraj Hospital, the Bangkok Forensic Museum is unlike any museum you’ve ever been to before. For just 200 baht you can wander the halls discovering an impressive, and morbid, display of preserved body parts, dissected figures, evidence from famous crime scenes, malformed babies, murder weapons and even the cadaver of the country’s most notorious serial killer who went on a killing spree in the 1950s. While the displays are meant to educate visitors, you probably don’t want to visit unless you have a strong stomach and an interest in the bizarre. Close to the famous Grand Palace complex, the museum is easy to get to and worth a stop if you’re looking for something strange to experience and write home about. What do you think? Do you have the guts to visit this macabre museum?
