It was not just the Danish open sandwich, Smørrebrød that was served here. We got to choose from over 33 food trucks serving local food from different countries and cuisines in a warehouse on Paper Island. This is the first of its kind, a street food market which serves international cuisine from trucks. It was packed for lunch and we were spoilt for choices .There was Japanese, Korean, Italian, Columbian, and Mexican besides of course Danish. And several ice-creams, desserts and pastries to end the meal as well or just some hot coffee.
