Jaclynn Seah is a Singaporean girl who has a full-time day job like regular people do, and loves to travel when she can get the time off. She hopes to encourage fellow desk-bound wanderlusters to indulge in their love for travel and get away more. With a motto to try anything at least once, she’s always looking forward to that next trip!
This integrated resort is located at the southern end of Singapore, and is accessible from the mainland via a road bridge or cable car. When it comes to performances, most of the action happens at the Festive Grand Theatre—a 1,600-seater theatre located below the Festive Hotel—which currently plays host to various international travelling productions. There are other resident shows that take place outdoors. Crane Dance, located on the waterfront, consists of a rather unusual giant structure made of two mechanical cranes (the bird sort, not the building sort) and pairs it with audio-visual, light and water effects, to produce a rather interesting spectacle that runs at nine every night. The other show that you can catch is called Lake of Dreams, which starts at half past nine at FestiveWalk, and is a musical extravaganza with a choreographed display of fire, water and light. If you are at Universal Studios, hang around for the daily parade.
