Kumbalgarh

The Kumbalgarh fort was built by Rana Kumbha in the 15th century and occupied till the 19th century. It still stands tall at a height of 1,100 metres, with a 20 foot thick outer wall that extends for 36 kilometres.

Nathdwara

This town is most famous for its temple dedicated to a form of the Hindu god Krishna, known as Shrinathji. It is an important place of worship for followers of the Pushtimarg sect, which was started in the 16th century.
