A show on Lionel Messi is coming to Barcelona this October and we cannot keep calm

All Lionel Messi and FC Barcelona fans have a unique treat coming up this October. As we know, millions of fans come to Barcelona to watch the legendary Argentine play. This time around, it is going to be doubly exciting as the city prepares a circus show about the footballer. Titled Messi 10, the show is being created and hosted by Cirque du Soleil and will premiere this October 10, and promises to be euphoric.
The 90-minute Messi circus is being called a combination of his incredible physical performance, combined with a sort of poetic wonder. Rest assured, any die-hard fan of the footballer will be enchanted by this great show.


According to reports, preparations for the circus are already underway as the producer of the show has reportedly unloaded 23 maritime containers at the Catalan city port. It has a total of 267 tons of equipment, already in the process of getting assembled at the Parc del Forum (the venue). The venue is the city’s beautiful waterfront, a hotspot for a lot of activities and events. So yes, you can expect this Messi circus to be quite something.
Cirque du Soleil is a Canadian entertainment company and is one of the foremost in the world. Through Messi 10, they want to tell the story of a young man, who overcame all obstacles to become one of the greatest footballers of all time. According to its website, it says that “Messi 10 by Cirque du Soleil acrobatically uncovers the athleticism, devotion and brilliance that bridges the world of football and circus by celebrating the magic behind the greatest footballer of our time.”
