Spectacular views over Prague
Talk of the town: Petřín Hill houses the Hunger Wall, a functionless rampart constructed in the 14th century solely to give poor Praguers work during a recession.
Home to Prague's own miniature version of the Eiffel Tower, wooded, rocky Petřín Hill is one of the city's prettiest and most accessible parks. Covering the slopes and peak of a steep hill rising above Mala Strana, the park would feel miles away from central Prague if it weren't for the great views and many smaller sights scattered along its pathways.
