The best way to take it in would be to pack a quick picnic from Sainsbury or alternatively meander around and make a pit-stop at Serpentine bar & kitchen for lunch. Start out in the morning and wrap up before dark; this makes for a perfect day outdoors. While weekends attract more loungers, it’s never too crowded owing to its vast expanse. You can lie under an umbrella and read a book, play a game of Frisbee with the dog or even catch up on some work on your laptop.
