A staple of the port area since 1923, Chez Pipo began as a family-run establishment dealing in socca, rosé and not much else. Aside from a management takeover, very little has changed. The fluffy and crispy socca is still made in the same oven, the rosé still flows, but now other Nicois dishes such as pissaladière and toasts with tapenade are available to devour.
