The most reliable route out of the centre
Word to the wise: Bus drivers in Edinburgh do not offer change on ticket purchases, so make sure you save up your coins.

Edinburgh is a very compact city, with most of the sights in the Old Town and New Town within easy walking distance. Cheap, clean and comfortable, the city’s bus service is the most reliable way to get further afield.
