Economists, sociologists, psychologists, and other kinds of pundits, have shown how the wedding industrial complex takes a toll on individuality, even on sleep. Here are 5 reasons, why marriage is bad for us, and one reason, why we won’t let it go

In the short video, a couple are discussing marriage. She asks, “Babe, what is the ideal age to get married?” He gives an answer, worthy of the canned laughter that follows it: “Biologically 15 years. Legally, after 18. Culturally, 24-28 years. Economically, above 30. And logically, NEVER.”

Of course, internet is awash with such videos. People are forwarding it every second, confident of a chuckle at the receiving end. And, it’s not just online humour. In offices up and down the world, the same kind of joke is a face-to-face staple of the watercooler conversation.
