Will it also be applicable to Justice Varma of the Delhi HC, in whose house burnt cash piles were allegedly found recently?

Around 11.30pm on March 14, a fire broke out at the official residence of Justice Yashwant Varma, a sitting judge of the Delhi High Court. The blaze, reported from a storeroom, was quickly extinguished by two fire tenders.
