Pakistan says terror groups are no longer operating from its soil. But a UN report just confirmed the Jaish-e-Mohammad's role in last year's attack near Delhi's Red Fort

The United Nations has done what years of diplomatic sparring could not: it has formally — and explicitly —recorded Jaish-e-Mohammed’s (JeM) linkage to the deadly Red Fort terror attack in Delhi.

In its biannual report, the UN Security Council’s 1267 sanctions monitoring committee has documented fresh operational connections between the Pakistan-based terror group and the November 2025 strike that killed 15 people in the national capital.
