Pradeep Machiraju

Host and actor started the year on a bitter note. Pradeep was reportedly booked by the Hyderabad police for drunk-and-drive on the New Year's Eve. After nearly two days of silence, the popular anchor confessed his violation, apologized and requested his fans to never drink and drive.

However, things are back to normal for this popular TV host, who is currently featured in shows like Super Serial Championship and Dhee 10.

Actress and TV host Anasuya Bharadwaj kicked off this year on a similar note. She was in news for allegedly breaking the phone of a fan after denying a selfie. A complaint has been subsequently filed against the actress in Tarnaka police station. However, her impressive performance as ‘Rangamaththa’ in her recent Telugu blockbuster Rangasthalam, brought her back into the good books of the audience.
