Samsung Galaxy Ring to get new sizes and advanced sleep tracking: Details

Samsung is all set to host the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event on January 22. Ahead of the event, the company has announced the launch of two new sizes for the Galaxy Ring, now ranging from size 5 to 15. The new sizes (14 and 15) will be available starting January 22. In addition, Samsung will also offer enhanced sleep tracking features through the Samsung Health app. The wearable will also be expanded to 15 new markets starting in February, bringing its global availability to 53 regions.

New features coming to Samsung Health

Samsung has confirmed that it is enhancing its Health app with new sleep-tracking features, including:

• Sleep Environment Report: Analyzes factors like room temperature and light intensity, offering recommendations for optimizing sleep conditions.
• Sleep Time Guidance: Suggests ideal bedtimes based on individual sleep patterns.
• Mindfulness Tracker: Tracks moods and provides breathing exercises and meditations to improve mental health and sleep quality.

These updates aim to help users improve both their sleep and overall wellness.

Samsung Galaxy Ring availability

Samsung debuted the Galaxy Ring in July last year. It has been available in 38 markets, including the US, UK, India, and Germany. Starting February 2025, it will expand to 15 new markets, such as Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Africa. This expansion increases the device's reach, with its availability growing to 53 regions worldwide.
