The ViewBoard IN01-2 range starts at Rs 1,20,000, and screen sizes are 65, 75, 86, and 98 inches.
The operating system is Android 14, which is Google EDLA certified, allowing users to access Google Chrome, YouTube, and Google Search from the Google Play Store. The display comes with an octa-core processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of expandable storage. The company has said the system is integrated with security features, enabling users to use the product in the long term and thereby reducing maintenance costs.
A key focus of the series is its AI-powered functionality. The Text Recognition Pen converts handwritten input into editable text and supports real-time translation, including English-to-Hindi. Text-to-speech features are included for accessibility, while formatting tools allow users to edit and organise content. Users can also duplicate, rearrange, and manage layers within presentations.
The displays include AI-powered search tools that allow users to query recognised text on platforms such as YouTube and Wikipedia, and to generate summaries and interactive learning prompts. Additional features include a “Magical Pen” that refines hand-drawn shapes and a shape recognition tool that converts sketches into structured visuals such as charts and diagrams.
The IN01-2 series supports up to 40-point touch input, allowing multiple users to interact simultaneously using fingers or dual-tip pens. The displays are designed to replicate a pen-on-paper experience, with options to switch line colours and thickness.
For audio, the panels include dual 20W speakers to support presentations, video playback, and discussions. Connectivity options include USB-C, multiple HDMI ports with CEC and ARC support, built-in Wi-Fi, and an optional OPS slot for additional computing modules.
The displays offer 4K UHD resolution with 450-nit brightness, a 9H anti-glare coating, and wide viewing angles. ViewSonic said the panels are designed for regular use in Indian conditions, with a backlight life of up to 50,000 hours. The series complies with local regulations, such as BIS and WPC, and includes installation accessories.
The company also indicated plans to expand its lineup with future models that may include built-in cameras, aimed at supporting hybrid and remote collaboration use cases.
